Cincinnati Vertical Machining Center with a 40.0“ x 80.0“ Table and 32“ under the spindle, is equipped with a 51 tool tool-changer and a Fourth Axis Rotary Table.
Our Ingersoll Horizontal Mill has a 6.0“ Spindle, 60“ Vertical Travel, 144“ Table Travel, and 60“ Spindle Travel. It is also equipped with an out-board support for line boring and has 2 axis DRO�s.
Surface grinding up to 28.0“ x 62.0“ x 30.0“ height. Our O.D. grinding capacity is 16.0“ swing x 72.0“ between centers with offset chucks for industrial crankshaft grinding.
Our Balance Star 610 gives us the largest balancing capacity in the Mid-South. This ridged bearing machine has a 75“ swing, 192“ between the stands and can support up to 8000 lbs.
Through our experiences in small machine design, we have gained a reputation for building equipment that is very user friendly and easy to maintain. All designs and drawings are done on AutoCAD 2007LT. We maintain complete drawing files in order to assist our customers with any future spare parts needs.
